Shipping available within the EU
Price
All web shop prices include VAT.
The SEK (Customers with a valid VAT no.Swedish krona) is only available as payment for shipments within Sweden, and the Euro is available as payment for orders shipping within Europe.
We reserve the rights to correct misprints.
Customers with a valid VAT no.
Customers outside of Sweden but within the EU with a valid VAT number and customers from outside the EU shall contact us via the contact form to place an order, and we will return a proforma invoice with VAT removed.
Shipping method
Musikverkstan I Halmstad AB/TK Audio, from now on reffered as “we” use PostNord for shipments within Sweden and FedEx for shipments outside Sweden. Customers outside Sweden will get shipping information directly from FedEx via email.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping within Sweden. Within Europe we charge €20 inc. VAT to cover handling and packing.
Delivery
We will usually deliver your order within 2-5 working days after having received your prepayment or after your card payment has been processed and approved.
Please inspect the package and each product in a shipment as soon as you receive it. If there are any damages, you must immediately make a claim to the forwarder.
Out of stock
If a product runs out of stock while placing an order, the customer can choose to be refunded or to wait until it’s in stock again.
Warranty
The warranty only covers defects that were inherent in the product at the time of delivery. Misuse or improper handling is not covered.
The warranty time is 2 years from the invoice date on new products and 6 months on demo units.
We also follow applicable rules according to Swedish law.
Returns
According to Swedish law, you as a private customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without any special reason. This is provided that the product and the product packaging are in essentially unchanged condition, i.e., not destroyed or damaged.
You may therefore unpack the goods and necessary accessories, but not use the goods beyond what is required to test their function. It is also sufficient that the packaging and accessories are in unchanged condition.
The product(s) and the original box(es) must be received in a 100% new condition. We will not repay the shipping cost, and the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days. Refunds are made within 14 days. The package should be returned with a door-to-door service. If we need to collect the package at a pickup facility, we will charge 400SEK/€40 ex VAT.
You must ALWAYS contact us first to receive return instructions before returning anything to us.
Deductions
We reserves the right to charge the cost price for the missing parts in cases where the return is not complete or damage parts. The minimum charge for missing/damage parts is SEK 400 / €40 ex VAT.
We also reserves the right to refuse returns or make a deduction of at least 20% of the sales value in cases where any of the parts of the goods, such as the product, packaging, manual, or accessories, are damaged.
