Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase by the original owner.
Warranty does not cover units bought from unauthorized dealers or resellers!!!
A faulty unit shall always be checked by the reseller before it is returned! A detailed description of the problem must be sent together with the unit. If we finds that the product is flawless, the customer will be invoiced 600 SEK + VAT to cover our costs for examination and handling plus the cost for returning the product. We also need a copy of the invoice to be sent together with the unit. Always contact us before you return a unit and include the serialnumber in the email.
The product should be returned in its original package if this is possible or packed in such a way that it is not damaged during the shipment. We are not to be held responsible for any damages during the shipment. 19" units shall always be packed in a box with support for the rack ears! We will charge the customer 200:- SEK + VAT if the packing material needs to be replaced. Returns must be delivered at the door. If it must be picked up at a delivery facility, we will invoice the customer 300 SEK + VAT. The customer always pays the shipping cost to us. The customer is responsible for the goods until it is delivered to us.
Warranty repairs are only made by us or by a workshop we assign.
